I don't know about those two, but NFPS does, and there is a full and partial guides created by users for Kodi. Same with VibeTV.

yes ipguys has the epg and voodoo had it then lost it then had it now lost it

Very few channels have EPG on NFPS. Over 600 channels, less than 10% have EPG.

true the NFPS server only lists part of the guide however if you use my xmltv source for NFPS all of the english channels are covered. and 50% of the rest is covered as well.. Work on VibeTV is under way too..
