Your power supply probably has a bad cap or two in it. Open the cover and look at the power supply board.

how I check power supply board.thanks
Look at the capacitors. These units have cheap caps. Look for a bulging cap. If you find one, replace them all. Make sure you get the polarity right.

Remove the cover of your box and look for as Sesame Street used to say... Which one of these things doesn't look like the other.
Seriously though, a bilged cap looks like a small battery affixed to the main board and is not uniform in length but looks fat hence the term "bulged".
If in doubt, take a picture of the board and post it. I am sure there is lot's of help available here.

Seriously speaking if you are unable to identify a bulging cap I would not recommend that you touch that receiver.
Please unplug it and take it to someone that is competent to do the necessary repairs.

Hmm luncky i stumble on this :tehe:
This is your fix mate
You need a USB KEY Format(Fat32)
(1) Create a folder called "USB" On Memory Stick (With CAPS !!!)
(2) Download the latest bin, which will be PFTAHDMSW-081014HM.peg (for example) Be Sure to Extract file, then move to next Step.
(3) Rename the bin file to PFTAHDMSW.peg
(4) Place this file PFTAHDMSW.peg in the USB folder On Memory Stick
(5) Plug the Memory Stick in USB slot on the VSMAXHD. (TRY BOTH IN CASE ONE DON'T WORK !)
(6) Turn off from back, wait a minute, then turn it on and it will take and load the file.
(7) Take off the USB key (or it will bee in a loop formating everytime)
(8) No need to THANKS !
(9) THANKS Satfix !
