Can anyone tell me if any IPTV service will work on a windows machine running Kodi with IPStalker addon. Thank you.

if using windows, you should go with pvr.stalker 0.8. it has better support for paid servers..

Will this work with servers that say that they are for Mag boxes only??

It will as long as the mac you are using for stalker does not match a mac addy that is already on the server.
