I searched this issue and nothing was similar to my issue.
Here's what happened.
I had been running a 311 on Fsec and has always ran fine, last night I got a prompt saying something about channel eligible for immediate upgrade. Tried a PPV and it prompted me to pay. When I looked at the guide it was green which usually means a tier issue. I know it wasn't my tiers as I updated them to 01/01/2016. I also tried the setting to get tiers from server, no difference. Tried it again this morning and same thing.
SO here's what I did;
I swapped the 311 out for my T5 that I was using for a north $p.
I did a factory reset and reloaded the 0625P bin rebooted and then loaded the server info.
Re-scanned the sats (got around 500 or so) and I'm getting blue bars with good S&Q.
All good so far or that's what I thought till I tried to tune in a channel. Every channel I try I get "Scrambled Channel". The ONLY channel I can get in is 102.
I run a dish 5oo to a new DPP44 switch with separate cables running from LNB's to the switch, power inverter is connected.
T5 settings are;
LNB Power - On
LNB Type - OCS-DP
Freq - 11.250
22KHZ - On
Diseqc 1.0 - Off
Diseqc 1.1 - Off
Legacy Sw - Off
Signal - Blue bar 97-98%
Quality - Blue bar 97-98%
I've tried to contact my reseller to see if there is a problem on that end, I still have about a month and a half remaining on account, but so far no reply.
Not sure what else I can do as I think I got the steps down right and I do get that one channel.
Haven't seen any posts about an ECM in progress so I'm thinking it has to do with the $p.
Any ideas?
