new to jb v6

Hey guys I'm at newbie at Jynx v6, all the reading I have done tells me it's a clone. When I look in file section and try to locate the proper file, the numbers don't make sense to me. I've read make sure it's not a file for original, load all chunks file, etc. yet I don't see these identifiers in file section. Could someone point me in the right direction for v6 software so I do not me this thing up.

You didn't mention whether the box was giving you a problem. Are you looking to upgrade a file?
I don't own one but my understanding was the box you have came with a working file.

Sorry, you're right I didn't mention I just got it. So you're saying it should have factory and firmware file installed?

post what it say in system info. I am also moving you to the clone forum

Thanks for moving and sorry about that, didn't notice "clone section" and wasn't really sure. Newbie to this box, so it is a clone that's good to know. I haven't even plugged it in yet as I wanted to know what I had and what to load as not to kill. jb ultra v6 just out of box. So I can tell in system info what software is installed? I haven't plugged it in yet. And so I don't have to seem like a total azz, and keep asking what should I be ideally looking for in system info.

Just post all the info that is there.There are some jb experts here who can help you.Don't load anything until advised There are clone kill files

Just to update, hooked up the jb v6 and nothing! Called supplier and they apologized and said to return it. They paid return shipping and are sending me a v12 that they promised will test and it will be good to go when I receive. Got shipping notice today so will post when I try this one. Thanks for the help.

Another update, got the jb v12. Hooked it up and it had as a lot of you said 312 loaded. Scanned sats, and good to go.
