Factory Default V2

Need to Factory default my box , what are the steps ? Load factory NA file first , then V233 ?

Here are the links to the two guides you will need. Remember to use a straight through cable when connecting your computer to the STB. (If you are using a usb to serial you may be able to connect it directly... that is how Iǘe done it)

you don't need to reload the factory file, just jot down the information from your P$bin, sat settings and do the factory reset, this will bring your Factory Bin back to the original factory setting, the P$bin will not be erased so you just reload the info.

Thanks Hedley , bear with me . I have factory reset several times and the P$bin is still there , I upload my sat settings , and nothing . Can I use USB to factory default instead of cable ?

First thing, why are you factory resetting, what problem are you having, Post more info then we can help.

factory reset wont reset your P$ settings...you can use the blank server file for that.
