Hey guys,

I just wanted your guys' opinion on the current north servers. Which one would you guys recommend? I was considering Ultimate because of their reasonable price and also they take vanilla mastercards but lately I have been watching their up/down thread and they have been constantly going down so I am not sure if they are very stable right now but then I might be wrong. (Sidenote: is the ultimate problem right now a constant thing?) There isn't much activity on the other servers so I am not sure what to make of that. One reason I liked Ultimate initially was their constant updates. Has anyone had experience with NPIKS and smaller iks, and joeblow? How reliable and supportive are they? Thanks a lot guys!

Joeblow / npiks are the same thing. They probably have the same caching source as they have the exact same chans, same control word retrieval times, etc. Right now it's more stable than Ultimate, but you'll probably get freezing a few times every hour due to missed control words.

Ultimate has more channels (the movie chans in the 127x range for example), but lately they've been having constant issues. You should go month to month for now.

Hardly anyone is offering monthly right now. Its either two months or 3 months at a time.
