Is it possible that my t5 lost info after two hours without Internet ?

Not very likely. Your information is there. Check that you p$ is up and if so then unplug router/modem and receiver for 5 minutes. Then plug router in and wait for it to come all the way up and then plug in and turn on receiver. let us know

No luck.There is "connection OK ( )" instead OK (1)

Push the blue button>enter 0000 and then you should see either ip or url. In either case hit ok on ip or url and then scroll down to "Press OK". What does it say after you do that? When finished just hit exit
