new to jynxbox hd v3 help

am very new to this. i have an junxbox hd v3 . its on 239 fm the box is original the remote say made from china. i setup everything server good to go i scan 110 119 129 got so much like 999 ch but maybe 85 that's working all over the place. now please tell me do i need fta files do get a channel list file do i get fm upgrade i see some people say that them have 243 fm whats the process and where do i get the files. wish i can get this thing setup b4 Saturday want to see the ufc fight if you can help me out i will be in your death forever thanks

Scroll down down on main page to your receiver files,you will see their all the files for the jynxbox HD,make sure that it is not a clone,there are some files that will fry your receiver if it is a clone

If it's a brand new box with 2.39 bin, it's a clone. I will take you to the proper place.

Do this, menu, channel,delete all, 0000, yes
Now go back to installation, dish setting and look for your sats.
Set them correctly. make sure where it saids legasy lnb you have ocs-dp
tuner lnb1, freq 11250
Diseqc1.0 you have to set this one correctly. make sure you sat comes up on top.

on sorry guys was at work today. i have setup for 110 119 and 129 but 129 nottttting all what i do. am getting 75% 80% quality and sigl. i cant get no channel to show it just waiting. and thanks for helping is it better to buy a different box

There is nothing wrong with the box from what I can see, it sounds to me like you used blind scan, what you need to do now is delete all CHs then setup your sats, now we need more info to help you set up your sats, like what LNBs are you using, what switch,
do you have a power inserter, if so what port do you have the power inserter hooked to on the LNB.

After going back and reading the first post once more you are correct, there is no need to do a factory reset.
