Ipguys down?

Hello all, just wanted to know if anyone is experiencing issues with ipguys. I have been trying to load the portal and it is very slow to load, and once it loads all I am getting is a black screen. Is anyone else experiencing this too, or is it just me?

Update: Portal opening again but lots of channels won't come on or slow to come on. I guess they are doing maintenance.

Everything is working now even better than before, looks like they were doing some adjustments I noticed they got Spike up and running now too. So i guess there is no need for the thread. Can a mod please delete it.

Update: looks like its down again, contacted seller and he confirmed it too.

Ipguys is backup but the guide is gone, and channels take a while to open up, and are buffering a lot. Give it some time until they sort things out. VOD is still working fine though.

Is the portal loading for you. I'm stuck on the loading screen.

Edit: Nevermind looks like I can no longer connect to ipguys on my Android box using stb emulator.

Looks like they fixed the issue... It is working super fast now and smooth

Only missing TV guide which I'm sure they will add back in due time

I'm having the same problem, I don't know what we can do, and my reseller told me I can't transfer subscription over to a mag 254 box.

did you try rebooting device OR restarting portal? I say reboot device

I've tried just about everything i could think of with the emulator. Uninstalled the app, reconfigured and re-booted the device i was running the STB emulator on.

Maybe they updated the software on the back end when they rebuilt the servers and now the emulators no longer working would be my guess.

I only purchased month by month subscription to protect if something like this happened.

hmm..contact reseller, maybe ask for a bit of refund or an extension on ur contract...

Yep I just tried IPTV add-on with kodi works for me too, not on stb emulator though, at least now I know my subscription didn't go to waste :)

IPGUYS are really freezing up tonight???? They were down for a couple of days there, must have done a server overhaul. My friend is a reseller in the TO area and they left him in the dark to what was going on? That is TERRIBLE service to leave resellers hanging also???WOW! These guys gotta smarten up people will go elsewhere for better service? NFPS is looking alot better lately?

Got a message today on mag 254 saying "test test", and I noticed that the guide is backup. Looks like things are coming back to normal, all that's left is to find solution for stb emulators on Android.

This is a down thread and I imagine you are but don't understand what you're asking. Why not start a thread indicating your problem.

I think you are correct - I had a month trial which was set to expire on the 14th - I than extended to a year and it reflected that under account information ..

but than the servers got switched after the downtime and my expiration date was not listed any more and sure enough on the 14th I was cut off (so the new server update did not apply my extended membership) ..unfortunately my reseller is on vacay ..so I will have to wait patiently in the meantime (assuming only the reseller can fix this)

A lot of the reseller panels lost some of their activations when they rebuilt their server. They must have lost their current USER ID list when the server went down - so they had to use a backup list.
If you are getting the User ID and PW popup message you will have to contact your reseller and have them add your MAC address back into their panel if it is missing.
Hopefully these resellers kept a paper list of the MAC addresses that they sold service to.

Is anyone having issues with IPGUYS and IPTV Stalker? I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error. It was working great until today. I've rebooted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Any ideas?

My ipguys was good most of the day but unwatchable this evening, freezing badly

Just crashed here a lot of foreign channels work as usual. Def don't watch those channels. Was down for about 10 min then popped back up freeze free now. Iptv will be great once guys get it right these ipguys were so great before they went down for maintenance

GOOD NEWS
I was messing around on my phone this morning with STB emulator, and it worked for IPguys. Only on my phone
So i am guessing its something to do with it the way it works when we run it on set top boxs like amazon fire and nexus players.

I'll have to get a packet capture to see the difference between the 2. But good news IPGUYS still works with the emulator just not on all devices which doesn't make sense.

Weird I had an error that came up saying authentication error, and I couldn't do anything had to reboot box to get it to work. But once portal loaded up I noticed that epg is not there anymore, anyone else experience this?

Weird! My Ipguys time is perfect and my nfps is one hour behind on just the shows. So if something I am looking for at say 5pm it is really at 6pm

2) why can't al Jazeera english be in the English section instead of Arabic where it is now...
3)Is there any hope of not news channels such as bbc, dw, press TV n others in the future?
