System get hang when go to settings, Movies are not being updated since last month, even two months in some languages. Most of movies get stuck in half. anybody else have same problem or just me. Any support site for them?

Voodoo hasnt been loadign properly since last night, and the channels sort of load but there is nothing in channel line up, no word from reseller (may be on vacation though)
