Outer weather portal question

CHEVY listed a great walk thru on how to change the city you are in for the Outer weather portal, but I don't know how to change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

Sorry, I'm a stupid Stats er, we are not too good with the Metric system.
My TV says it's 16' out now..

I've never seen it snow here in Florida in the summer yet!
anybody know how to change the MAG from C to F?

My mag254 does not allow me to change city in the outer portal. keeps going back to "Abbeville" like it's factory set. Everything else will let me input....just not CITY. Inner portal accepts my input with no problem.
