Live T.V Sources

I was just wondering where most of you folks get your Live T.V content from XBMC and elsewhere on the Web.I am getting mine from ILiveT,V ,Mobro app and USTV Now.Are there other good sources to explore.I rarely watch anything but live T.V content and even with what I have now its not that great.Thanx

USTV NOW came with TVMC but says I need to register to view but can't find where. Does that mean it's pay only?
