went i sign on to ipuys it is asking for a username and pasword

just start this my sub is good till july12

please help

I dont have a username or password wasn't given one was working with
out username or password this morning went i turn tv on it asked for a username and password

This is second post saying the same thing. If it is asking for name and password then put it in.

If you have to input username and password then your mac address is not entered correctly.
Email your reseller with correct mac addy!!

When their server went down some of the reseller's panels lost some of the activations - contact your reseller and have them put your MAC address back in if it was missing
