Channel Loss

Figured I'd start a thread for what looks like the beginning of the end.

I've noticed HIST and DSC on 129 gone so far. There may be more but so far all I've had time to check out.

Plz lets keep it clean. Channel missing post it otherwise move on.

Missing channels not scrambled because your server doesn't supply them. The channel is alive and well.
