usb files not showing

when I plug the usb in it won't show me the files on it? Tried a couple different usb's I have and they both do the same thing,on the bottom is the red button says "save current settings" green is delete file and yellow says format. But I don't see the file I loaded, when I plug the usb back in the computor it's there. I also noticed in the sat installation none of the bell or dn sats are in the list. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, thanks

you need tohave firmware loaded and do a factory set to see your sats Dont know about the usb Is the file extracted?

You should also format the usb stick

Thanks Torp, I forgot to unzip it, I'v been out of the hobby for quite a while,lol, I feel like a real newbie. You were the 1st person to ever help me in one of these forums, at the old al7bar site, I think it was with a fortec star, I will never forget that, it was my 1st fta stb, those were the days, Thanks again;)
