Jynx ultra HD wasn't working, all channel were disappeared. I did factory reset then loaded firmware using USB, it powered off to reboot, it display "ASH" message after reboot. Reboot fail. How to load firmware and boot file from laptop. Receiver redlite is on, unable to display menu on tv. receiver shows "ASH" message . Thanks

I have not had this issue specifically with my JB but seems like there may be hope for ya.
