Looking for new sausage mixer and by looks of it all southern fried is down over the past 2-3 days.
Don't blame em, pattern of sausage smoking has been to pull the links out of smokers mon-tues as meat inspectors fry cards left in steam baths.
I don't have TV or even a computer, just this keyboard and hoping/wondering if anything in the sausage industry survived the BBQ frenzy season. Did my reading and adjusted my seasonings but figured i'd ask before considering the soy burgs.
