Well 497 isn't even on that TP.

Check your signal and quality and adjust dish if it is needed or just do a manual scan of 12311.
Sometimes these STBs just miss a TP on autoscan.

just for the record, i have been seeing reports of transponders being missing on 119 but haven't heard anything about 110 status

I know 497 is not on that tp. just saying that it picks up other hd channels. my signal and quality are good on other tps. signal 80 quality 97

Yes , I tried a manual scan on that tp, I get no signal.
My settings are
119 lnb power on
single lnb
diseqc 1.0 port 1

110 lnb on
single lnb
diseqc 1.0 port 2

91 lnb on
single lnb
diseqc 1.0 port 3

lnb frequency 11.250 on all

lnb frequency 11.250 on all
try running 119 directly to rcvr and see if you get signal

I have a different STB, however, have had to rescan, as some channels like BOOM, and ABCF quit showing guide and wouldn't come in until I did a rescan.
