limesat ultra remotes

all of a sudden my remote for ultra will not operate receiver.I tried my spare remote with same result. I can still operate receiver with buttons on front,any ideas on how to get remotes to work again would be appreciated

when you hit for channel up or down does stb on remote light up if not hit stb then try again

Mine did same thing. Doing a lot of research but no luck anywhere.
it looks like the last ecm shut down the remotes. No idea how because that would of changed the primary coding of the box.

All of the sudden remotes work. Unplugged box for 10 hours and now it works. Strange

.the remote gets dirty inside.....
there is a way to make that remote work flawless. - u take it apart and clean it..

If things get to the point of no return with the remote, do, as I did years ago, went to wally world///, and bought a 8 buck/?something like that, RCA remote, worked perfect, mind you, no codes for the limey, you had to, geez, been that long, but there are instructions if you cant see the code in the instructions, if I remember correctly, you held the button, on remote, till it blinked so many times, was a pain, waiting for it, took a while but it worked, good luck.

just make sure stb button lights rather than the other three when you hit channel button
