The Pascal decision is bigger than the Brinks job!!!! Its called Las Vegas!
NOONE wants to see Pascal take on the Ruskie again! He would get murdered this time!
Wouldn't draw flies anyway...
Kovalev would kill Ward.. just too big and mean.. would walk thru him..
But come on Ward,,,, get some huevos on you... lets do it!!!

Watched boxing tonight....as a Canadian, I admit that I was a little biased in favour of Pascal...BUT....as a boxing aficionado, I, too, felt that the judges were sleeping tonight. At the very least, I would have called the "boring" fight a draw. At the very best, no matter how biased anyone can be....Pascal could not have been a winner tonight!

What is worse is that Boxing tonight takes 2nd place to UFC. T.J. Dillishaw packed the arena and showed why he is champion. Most of all it demonstrate why UFC has been gaining momentum. This spectacular bout is shown on "free TV". Dillishaw could very well dominate boxers in the lightweight or junior welterweight division. He has phenomenal boxing skills. The two ladies (Meisha Tate and Jessica Eye) were also quite entertaining.

Kovalev knocking out Muhhamade?......oh hummmmm.... really? You shocked? not me!

I don' know what's happening but aqua and I kind of merge our thoughts, something rare but understandable since the Mega fight.

This was my thought about that event, Pascal looked like a better boxer but Gonzales won the fight. The Cuban has no boxing talent like most Cuban do but he muscled Pascal all over the ring.

Give Gonzales a few more exposure to the pros and maybe a better trainer...and he'll be knocking out a few light heavies!

As for Pascal...he's go nowhere to go now. Forget Kovalev rematch - not worth it!

I not too much into the UFC either.. Reminds me too much of the Roman Gladiators...
Too barbaric for me... like two viejas fighting in a bar... ha ha ha! (saw a few of those in my day)
Actually, Pascal had his chances in the fight. Gonzales was tired.. but Pascal didn't throw any punches.
Kovalev is the Klitscho of the light heavies...
Damn Ruskies are taking over boxing... GGG is one too.... (course they all live here now)
Where is James Bond when ya need him?????

I gotta agree that Pascal clearly lost the fight although not by much;meaning Gonzales threw a whole lot of punches which were to the wind without tagging or just hitting gloves.
Gonzales would of been ko'd by many other boxers with some power(he looked rocked quite a few times and don't think he was playing possum, if you know what i mean).
The problem with these fighters in my opinion is they need to get trainers that are capable of showing them that little extra.
I look at Bute, Pascal, Decarie, Dierry Jean these guys have all stepped up to the plate and lost(I don't think there bad boxers either).
But it has to do with training, sparring level and a little of everything else you can think of.
I hate to say this being a MTL'er and all but look at Gatti once he left the city.
Again just my two cents

Yuniesky Gonzalez: They robbed me of this fight By Miguel Maravilla

Despite outlanding and outworking former world champion Jean Pascal in punch stat numbers, light heavyweight Yuniesky Gonzalez suffered his first loss as a pro by unanimous decision on Saturday night in Las Vegas. “When I heard it was a unanimous decision, I knew it was for me. I feel I hurt Pascal numerous times. He has the experience to play games. They robbed me of this fight, they robbed my team, they robbed the Cuban boxing fans. Pascal was a walk in the park. I am looking for better fights. I would like to fight Kovalev or I would also like a rematch. I’ll fight anyone my promoter matches me up with.”
Gonzalez’s promoter Joe DeGuardia added “It was a thriller tonight. I am proud in the performance of Yuniesky Gonzalez. When he came up to me crying after the fight, this is the first time I am really disgusted in the sport on the perspective on the judging. You know what happened in that fight tonight. Just use your eyes. To be certain, I think Yuniesky deserves Kovalev. Yuniesky wants to fight the best.”
Jean Pascal didn’t attend the postfight press conference, but his team was present. “Pascal hurt his hand right hand in the third round and had to go to the hospital,” Pascal’s manager Greg Leon said. “Of course he feels he won the fight. The fight became more difficult with him hurting his hand. Jean is not the kind to make excuses. I think Gonzalez’ stock goes up after this one.

After that fiasco they should give the Cuban Kovalev forget Pascal, Stevenson and Andre "Jiminy Cricket" Ward!
Those Judges should be put in Guantanamo Bay.Thats no way to start relations with Cuba!:D
