hose users who still experiencing problems connecting to the IPTV Portal please follow these recommendations:
1) Make sure that your mac address is linked to a valid and active donation number. If it is not linked yet use the following form:

If you don't have a valid and active donation number you can get yours through our websites:

in ACTIVE status, otherwise the MAC Address linked to it won't work.
2) If you have already linked a MAC Address to your donation but it is not working try to unlink the MAC Address and link it again.
3) Make sure that you have linked the MAC Address of your IPTV STB, for MAGs users the MAC Address is located at the bottom side of the box. For more instructions on how to find your STB MAC Address please visit the IPTV support section.
4) Make sure that you are using the correct IPTV Portal URL:
11.iptvprivateserver.tv
5) Unplug your STB from the power, wait 10 seconds, plug it again and turn it on.
