I am looking for a repair manual for a Briggs and Stratton light engine

Model 190412
Type 3077-01

I found the owners manual and parts list but I really need the repair manual so I can make some very needed adjustments to the Governor.

Lots of youtube videos on Briggs & Stratton govenor repair. I just used one last week to fix my lawnmower.
