i have a service for iptv no names mentioned . Anyway can i use my mag 254 at home with one internet provider then say i go to a friends house and use it there with a different provider ( different ip address) will the iptv servive i have ban me?

Why ask us? Especially when we don't know who you are talking about. Ask the "no names mentioned" IPTV 'service' provider you paid your money to if you are allowed to do this.

As long as you are connected to the internet it will work anywhere in the world!!
