need help

My computer that was running the rq program for my viewsat 900hd crashed on me and I can not get it to reboot.
I need help getting a few programs.
1 iNewcamd
2 The latest RQ program
3 The com0com program with the settings for that as well.

Sorry to bug you all but I would love to be able to get this receiver up and running again sometime soon.
