Sat scan issue

My newT5 will not scan any sats 82/110/119. I loaded the 102 bin file to get started. Signal strength/quality is 97 and the lines for them are red. Scanning these SATs result in no channels being added. My lnb's switch has also been replaced. Any ideas?

as mentioned dn has been playing with 110w but scanning 82 & 119 should be fine what are your settings.

LNB Frequency. 11.250
LNB 22KHZ. Off
DiSEqC SW 1.0 1
DiSEqC SW1.1 off
Legacy SW. Off

110 & 119 info is the same except they are ports 2 & 3.
