set up issue

Hi folks hope someone can help....... I have entered all info into my server set up and click on connect and get "server connected!" I exit and save...... it asks me do I want to save changes I click yes and exit..... it tells me changes are saved, all I get is "scramble channel" no tv, done hard reboot of stb and also router waiting 1 minuite between each.....no luck
what doesn't make sense is although it say's my settings were saved when I go into my server set up all 9 are off so nothing was saved......any ideas?
'I have changed routers but if that was the problem I wouldn't get "server connected" would I? and that wouldn't explain why settings are not saved, new router is hitron

go into the server slot where you entered your info and hit the right arrow and turn server on

Thank you it worked, I didn't think it was going to as I got " scrambled channel" again but sitting here typing in a reply to you and all of a sudden it came on, when I saw "scramble channel" I kept going back to re enter my info as I thought I entered it wrong , I guess I should have just left it for awhile, never had that before, sorry for the long reply but hope if someone else has the issue they can learn too
