How do link my mac address to my donation code? Anyone could help?

Hi,
i made one donation and now I don't know how to link my donation code to Mac Address.
I bought a NFPS code, i went to the web page with my code, and when I enter my Mac Address for my device, he doesn't work or let me save it.
Do I need to use only part of my mac address ? because i got a message like:
"WARNING: If you are using an STB emulator for IPTV then you should use a MAC Address under the following range 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX (replace XX by hexadecimal digits), or your MAC Address may be modified without any previous notice."
Could any help?

my reseller said to see response on this forum, but the format should be like: 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX ?
shall I use my last 6 digits of my Mac address? and replace the first 6 digits with 00:1A:78 ?

When you hit "Submit" what do you get? As long as you are in the right checker, you should be able to link the MAC as long as it starts with 00:1A:78 and the last six of your choosing, and if the mac hasn't already been taken.
