Roku tv

It have a Roku TV and I added machtv it was working just fine till last week that the channel became out of order and I was not able to add the channel anymore a message stating that the channel was in violation of Rokus agreement... Now if I get a roku3 or a Roku stick w will I encounter the same problem¿ or should I just get a mag 254¿

i think i like my mag better ....so far...but its in the main room...have had both for a couple weeks now....& both not really up 99%yet tho'''' imo... hope it gets better soon
