Honest Face

A redneck goes down to the dock where a ship captain is hiring people. He walks up to the captain and asks for a job. The captain gives the redneck a 28 page job application, tells him to fill it out and come back when its finished. The next day as the redneck is bringing his application back he sees a Japanese guy asking about a job. He notices that the captain hires the guy instantly and tells him to go aboard the ship. The redneck, really irritated by this asks the captain why he hired that guy right away? The captain reply's "He had an honest face". The redneck was pretty upset but handed the application to the captain and the captain told him he was hired. A few days later when they are out to sea the redneck is up on the crows nest watching out for icebergs and the Japanese guy is down mopping the deck when all of a sudden a big wave comes and washes the Japanese guy overboard. The redneck goes right up to the bridge and speaks to the captain.

Redneck - "Hey captain, do you remember that Japanese guy with the honest face?"

Captain - "Yes"

Redneck - "He just swam off with your mop!"
