hi guys just got my 254 i am having some freezing and i was told that my speed my not be high enough i do have twp pc my speed is about 53 would this be the problem

53 what? Kbits or mbits? because there is quite a difference between the two

we just got this box there was nothing said about having to have higher speed internet we have 53 . I dont know how to find out how high we should have i am going to call to find out what we can get in our area our internet is shaw and i am in Canada .We did not receive any instructions on setting the time ect. we are new at this and real lost .
