As with everyone else I lost almost all of the 110 channels. I've tried to switch tp settings but no luck. Has anyone been successfull getting a 8000 HD to work? Thanks.

Yes. if you flash your stb with the "tp update" posted here for the 8000hd, you will get all the channels back.
