cant see why, not too long ago it was posted that their server was being hosted in Canada, http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?124423-Ultimate-Server-up-or-down-thread&p=1163564#post1163564
even though it shows a North American host the actual server can be located elsewhere but still always be cautious of this sort of thing, ultimate has had many server related issues over the last 6 months plus, would be very cautious of this server

the site might not be but that ip is and if it a tunnel or anything it in usa so all provider has to do is walk into host of that ip with a warrant and get all the ips connecting to it
