Why cannot run a Jynxbox HD loader ?

Hi guys,it is NOT safe as systems says once try to open a JynxBox HD loader download ? Why ?

I recently used the loader it is ok to use it not sure why you're system tells you it is not safe out might be a false positive from your virus program

do have a norton 360 running here

You can't turn off Norton¿ go to settings to turn off Norton

Yes I did it but now doesn't have port comm.. What a hassle ! .....My problem is noCH on the stb,there is no chance to see anything else on tv screen to be re-loaded

Can you pray your settings for the stb
For each sats are you using the right serial cable¿

Yes I am ..Don't worry about it..Needed a lot more tool in here to do this I just go for local service tomorrow morning for it..Thanks for trying and helping as well. I really do appreciate it..I will tell you later then..Take care buddy
