you need to factory set in menu There is another 103 file that was released with an august date in it You should load that one

103 file followed by reset, no difference. still cannot see 110 or 119 in my sat section to scan

brand new box- put in factory file- factory reset the the 103 bin then factory reset. went installation for the sats and 110 and 119 are not on the sat list to scan. i dont know what you mean by setup?cause i cant go any further til i scan the sats. im just following directions on how to set up this box via info from satfix

menu. im in sat setting . there is no 110w or 119w.i have a dish 5oo aimed at 110 and 119 and my cnx box connected. whatching espn right now. i using dish 500 with 110 119. need to get t5 up and going cause after the 20th my cnx box dies.used 103 0810p . manual sat settings are same cant find 110 or 119. nothing to set. its not there.

been there and done that. wheels turning, but not going anywhere, already have that setup. followingit step by step, files in no 110 or 119 to scan. a whole list of sats i dont want.

does it show 103 in system info? Have you tried a hard boot?

no it doesnt show 103 when you look in system info. right now it says dreamlink t5(8psk) load l1.00.00 a build date.

When file is loading on box do you get any messages?
Does it reboot itself?

This is a C/P from another forum , see if it works for you .
if sats do not show up you must do system recovry twice after the second time they will be there.
Go to Menu and then to configuration and System Recovery Password should be 0000.
Also , if that isnt it then it may be that you do not have your DL100 installed all the way down.. This guy fixed the problem you are having by making sure you have the board installed correctly .
Another person fixed his by doing a factory reset , then all was there .
load the latest file and then do a factory reset

did the factory file in thenfactory reset==did the 103 bin file in-did a factory reset.exit out-went to installation= put info in options. went to sat settings clicked on. a sat setting appears. i scroll left to bring 110 up and its not there. i keep scrolling left to bring up 119 and its not there.

Today my 119 went down.

So I called the super-pro who installed my sat last week (as I am totally new to Dreamlink) and he said to wait for the new file (since I didn't know how to delete Transponders) Said new file to fix 119 should be out in a few days given it took a few days to get 110 file)

Otherwise from what I read one can delete transponders to work like they did 110, after going into manual scan area to change to 21500 turbo, do network search, go out of manual scan, then scan all TP's but I am too new and chicken to try so I will wait for new file...like I said I am new... so I will wait for new file.

no i do not see a % of file being downloaded. i hilight file, hit ok,donot see file %( 0-100). nothing. my t5 did come with a usb to usb null cable. what do you suggest. if the box gets files via usb null, how is itdone. loader then factory via null? thanks for putting up with all of this

I am not familiar with T5...but Jynxbox Ultra HD V12 manual says BLIND SCAN if 110-119 is not there. Now you have T5 and see what experienced people are saying about blind scan on your Receiver....don't blind scan cause I said so..Please.....

open file hilight file put it on usb. i put many files on usb before. my first t5 box. had many boxes. no body answered my last question about a loader. i dont know what those posts were after my last post. they were not on subject.

the box should reboot itself after loading file so its not loading at all
have you tried another stick? ,have you formatted it?
