Dreamlink HD T5 vs MEGA TVI SHD3000

Does anyone know the difference in the quality of picture\sound for the T5 vs the SHD3000? I ordered the T5, but might get the SHD3000 instead. Any other pros\cons for either will be appreciated also. Please move if this is not the right place to ask this.
