audio/video out of sync using kodi

When I try and play a movie the audio/video is out of sync plus I notice the picture jitters. This seems to happen when I try to play a 1080 HD movie. When I play Like a older show are a movie that is SD It plays ok. I was using a wireless connection but I tested with a direct connection and still the same problem. Is there some adjustment I can do to get it back in sync? I am using a Gbox midnight MX2 with Kodi 15.1

while watching the video hit ok and scroll left to the little film icon. Hit the ok button and you
will see many cool things to mess up.

The film reel icon is for video adjustments. The speaker icon is for audio adjustments. You can also go to System- Settings - Video - Playback - and then click on 'Sync playback to display' and you can also make audio/video adjustments in Settings - System - Video Output or Audio output.
