bad or no signal 91

I have most of chanels working but on transponder 12.311 I am getting it shows 21.500ms and all working ones are 20.000ms. Can't figure out how to change have tried to rescan that transponder and some of the lower channels show as 20.000ms but the 500's did not change.

why are you changing anything? There were no tp changes on 91

I know there were no changes but I have never gotten 503 504 or 507 and noticed that these are on transponder 12.311 and noted that these 3 have 21.500 ms where as all working ones have 20.000ms.no idea how to change that.

I asked what you had in tp info

That is exactly what I have and the signal bar is blue and great. When I try channel 507 I get "bad or no signal" press info and note the 21.500 ms instead of 20.000ms

do you mean foxnc? Its on tp 12268

Yea that's it. When I go to 507 I get no signal and press info and it shows as transponder 12.311 should I try to scan transponder 12268? Just checked 12 268 and no signal both bars in red. I checked and the only transponder I get in blue are the V polarity no H I have 2 T5's and both have same problem.

that would probably get it but it sounds like your settings might be wrong.
what is your setup ,lnb type switches and your settings

Have 1000.2 dish and power inserter and 110 119 129 then in 4th spot the 91

I cant help you any more as I dont know the equipment but i would suspect its the lnb that is causing the issue

I will try to change to a dp lnb and see if that helps. Thanks very much for your help and time. Will change it tomorrow as it's raining today.
