How to save channel list to usb?

Anyone know how to save channel list to usb?

To save user database

1 Insert usb stick in either front or back usb slot.
2 Go to Menu/Tools/Upgrade by USB
3 In Upgrade Mode scroll across to User Database
4 Push blue button and You will see "dump userdb" and a new file will be stored on the USB stick called user_database.udf
Inside the user_database.udf is your channel list.
