my 143 and 9425 espn2 not up....have checked provider

hi guys..
ok..........................used the new info Kijii provided and did a rescan all channels........reset info....and got channels up ......all but espn2......which according to provider....is up.......don't understand ....
any suggestions
Is there a way to just check the tp info for that particular channel???on the T5

i also just now did a double hit on the sat button and went to sports and neither 143 nor 9425 is coming up in the guide.....what am i missing......is anyone else having this problem?
Is anyone getting 143 to come in..........................????? and when did espn2 change from 144 to 143 ??? my 144 is now an alternate .

If you are getting a signal and it is black then most likely it's not up from your provider or at least not at the moment.

Yes....F.....the channel is black........but.....i have 2 providers........and surely one of them would have it up.....
