Kodi is an app you can download and run on Linux apple android and window os.
These ip servers are different, if I understand right? and you need ip tv media boxes to handle these server.

i'm also playing with there set up on my android phone.........its raw but works .....it too is a good start
so im guessing it will work on android devices now like tablets and boxes

Theres also no way of fixing the location settings so the time is wrong. But it looks like theyre still improving the service as ive had many popups on my screen while watching tv. Theyre working on it, it just needs more elbow grease.

What device are you using? If it is a MAG254, you can fix the time issue

it is a mag 254, i go to settings, localization, and it doesnt let me change any option, its all blank. looks like its been disabled. im able to change this setting on nfps, but not on profinity.

I check the service today and new USA Channels on the line up , good quality picture , Comedy Central USA look very nice HD quality , it look like they are working on tweak the system , on the videoclub side I am experiment some issues like the movie is freezing just about you click play , I only able to see about 10 seconds of the movie then is freeze

1. the epg is nice but you cant click ok on the epg to go to the selected channel.
2. the cannel numbers on the epg are all wrong no matter what page of epg you are on.
3. while watching a channel, pressing up or down does not take you to the correct channel, it takes you to the first channel all the time. VERY annoying.
4. Those text popups are VERY annoying. I wont watch tv for 3 days and when i do i have to sit through 20 annoying popups! if the messages are no longer relevant, why should i still see them?

So far the channel lineup is great for canadians, just has some things to iron out. Id also like to one day be able to record channels.
Even with its issues, id still recommend pro for the value, definatly worth it for the promo price, i may resub at the end of my year if its the same value.

But This NEW Feature Will Allow Us To Now Add Back Some Of The Channels We Had To Remove To Preserve Bandwidth...

ie: Said Client Requests TLC, and No One Currently Requesting, will have 2-5 second possible delay,
Second Said Client Scrolls Through The Guide, And Tunes To The Same Channel, There Will Be No Lag.

new to me............i guess the APK dose not lock to one device..........i logged in to my android cell phone and it works

then logged out and logged into my tablet with the same user name as my phone and it worked there to

im guessing just one device at a time but good to know

they had a bad weekend one issue after another........finally there stuff is all good again but they have to re do the vods and the partner with the the extras flaked out. they are working a deal with a new partner so yes there main is the canadian stuff and they have that back im hoping too soon they have the extra channels back and i know there working on adding to the vods

over all they bounced back with there stuff after suffering a big hit on the weekend.....part of the game but there a good team and all will be restored and lessons learned

This Although allows to cut back on stream theft, and allows for more stable service

Don't get me wrong...after going into 1 month of 6 Profinity has the largest variety of CDN local channels and NHL Center Ice channels I've seen BUT their EPG is a little left to be desired...their programming is offset by 3 hours for channels that have it..but most don't have EPG....although some channels have great frame rate and quality, some channels (Like AMC) has frame rates that are noticeably slower with pixelation, which is on top of the freezing expected from IPTV (which all the other providers possess). I hope it gets better...right now I also have a sub with IP Express and the video quality and EPG are great...but doesn't have as many CDN local channels as Profinity and has no NHL center Ice :(.

there are other devices to use other then avov
Avov has A.D.D, they cant seem to perfect one device, and they rather launch different boxes to try and stay in the lime light.
It has been said many times, that avov doesnt work to well with the service, but mag devices are recommended
Kodi runs well too, although slow loading
APK works well with Android devices

and time can be altered via box if has time shifting options
