channels down

just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a lot of channels down i think if im lucky i might be getting 30 channels at the most is there something i should be doing different or is this whats happening some in put would be appreiciated 100 to 200 i might get 10 channels from 200 to 300 i get 3 channels 300 to 400 i get maybe 6 channels 400 to 500 i get maybe 9 channels 500 to 600 2 channels is there something i need to change thanks :noidea:
