In the Kodi bar and under System, open the Android option.
In the next menu, open the MBox Settings option and then open the tab referred to as 'Other'
see what build number is on it If build 20 it already has factory 20
Regarding file not found not sure ,maybe reformat your usb stick

you can try this too ,it helped someone with the same issue
c and p
wipe the box clean by going to clear cache partitions. to get to this hold middle button down in front and start receiver from back switch. a menu will come up on LHS with that item.
Click it and an erasing message will come up. when you exit go and do factory reset load file 20 reset again load 343 rest again.
Hopes this works. did for me many times when I got stuck and froze.

He is?............
Yes.
I have dealt with him and periodically keep in touch to check if he has things when members are looking for them. Unless we are talking about someone different? Feel free to shoot me a pm for clarification but I am going by his name from his email.
I have also recommended him in the past...http://www.satfix.to/showthread.php?155642-Question-about-DL100-module&highlight=patriot+electronics
