If you want help you need to give us a lot more information than that! You might as well asked "My car won't start, what's wrong with it?" There's as much info in that question as in yours. BTW, IPTV is a protocol, not a service and will always be working. It's your service, addons, internet or setup that's not working.

I think his iptv subscription has expired. He just needs to renew it.

Pay service...yuk. My set up (free) is working great with ivue.......I am very close to a good build.

Well, we don't know for certain because he didn't give us any info other than it doesn't work! I really don't understand why someone would pay for a 'service' that they can get for FREE with very little effort in spite of what these 'services' try to convince you of.
