I see their prices are up again but their support has been dwindling for months. Seems they won't do anything until all channels are down.

Well from my read it is still way over a twelve to one ratio even at the current rate. A little off topic but there are even stb's out there that are HD and cost less than my Pansat cost over ten years ago...close to $20 less from what I've seen.

Oh I totally agree with you how ever I don't think it's fair of nfps as a server to be hiking their prices when they aren't keeping up to their claim.
As for the stb's ....lol. I have a veiwsat max i'll sell ya cheap. I know what you mean. At least the tuner card was usable in the DLHD

I disagree, you started 2 threads on your issue and you did get some suggestions and more questions to help you. Sometimes the solution to an issue is not always the first or second response. When troubleshooting an issue you need patience and need to carefully read and try solutions given. Stay persistent with your thread asking for help and try to answer all questions as best you can. There are lots of threads here and maybe a past one may have information to help you so some reading while waiting for help is always a good thing. Don't simply give up because your issue has not being solved immediately. If you go back to your post someone asked you about your flash drive but you did not even answer. Keep your thread alive and be patient.

Their card supply may be low and to replace them is expensive hence the price increase.
