My very good friend who was in a hospice lost his bout with cancer this morning.

Sorry for your loss my friend.You can try to see it in this light;your friend may have WON his battle with cancer...it can't hurt him any more.

Condolences and prayers to you and his family. It is tough to lose close friends or loved ones to this horrible disease. Everyone knows someone who has been stricken and the numbers continue to grow, sadly.
