I read somewhere that DN was asking the court if a software change they would make would be recognized as a non Tivo infringement.. My guess is that it may not pass.. That means that Dn will get hit with a whopping bill .. They will have to pay tivo for backtime plus damages.. What they do with PVR's after remains to see.. Umm They may try to sign a long term contract with Tivo and split the fine and damages over a longer period.. Its going to be interesting to see how this pans out.. Two things are for shure Tivo is going to squeeze and DN is going to cough up big time..
