1000.4 eastern arc lnb with VIP211 receiver

The 1000.4 eastern arc lnb for 61.5, 72.7, and 77 has a built in switch.
I'm checking to make sure that the VIP211 receiver is able to work this switch if this is the only receiver connected to the LNB. Also if it is the only receiver connected, does it need to connect to port 1 or can it connect to port 2 or port 3?

It will work with the lnb, you need to do a check switch for the receiver to recognize/configure itself to the lnb.
I would connect it to port 1.
