I have 2 Dreamlink T4s. One, built in 2013 has the RED SK200 8PSK board on it and it gets HD on DN and BV just fine

I just bought a used T4 with a build date of 2015 that has the BLUE DL100 board in it and it does NOT get any HD channels.

The guy who sold it to me says that the DL100 doesn't provide HD any more.

Any thoughts? Can it be a bad DL100 board?

Why would their be such differences between the two T4s? I know they have different interfaces for the respective 8PSK cards but I'd just like more information.

The second unit is just for an old tv in my workout room so I don't need HD. But if there's a solution, I'd like to try it. I've got file 109 on the unit that I can't get the HD on.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You can install an 8psk module in a T4,update transponder data & watch 8psk encoded channels that got "moved" in the update, but you won't get hd as mentioned above.
