Not getting PPV on Jynxbox Ultra HD v30

I just received my new Jynxbox Ultra v30 today and setup everything. The problem is, it's not lising any PPV channels between 522 and 544. Also, 9421 is coming in as no such channel. I am getting tv, it's just that it's strange that none of these channels are coming up in the epg and showing as no such channel. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, can you nudge me in the right direction as to how to fix it.

Check TPs on 110/119... most should be 21500 SR(ss) & Turbo/8psk... only 5 total TPs remain at 20000 SR & Qspk... You may need to delete channels you have & edit the TPs & then rescan....

All the rest are 21500 Turbo/8psk now
